These mitts match the “It goes both ways” beanie and boot cuffs while adding some versatility to keeping your hands warm. The fingerless mittens have some imposed directionality with the thumb; however, they can be worn with the finger cuff folded down or left long. In addition, knit identically one palm will feature the in arrow while the other will feature the out arrow adding to the theme.
Materials
Yarn: 1 skein of Subte Worsted by Neighborhood Fiber Co. (200 yds.; 70% Blue Faced Leicester & 30% silk; available exclusively from The Yarn Mission)
Needles: US 4/3.5mm circular (20 inch or 40+ inch for magic loop) or double pointed
US 6/4mm circular (20 inch or 40+ inch for magic loop) or double pointed

Tapestry needle

20 stitches per 4 inches in stockinette stitch
Size
Wrist and finger cuffs stretch from 7 to 12 inches in circumference. The mitts are 7 inches from cast on to bind off .
