This event is open to folks interested in discussing, planning, and living cooperative economics. This space will center Black artists/makers/growers, artists/makers/growers of color, and indigenous artists/makers/growers. (Artist is defined loosely and yes you count)
Mind mapping will be presented as a way to individually and then collectively craft out a potential plan of action.
There will be a read-a-long of Collective Courage: A History of African American Cooperative Economic Thought and Practice. The next steps for this element will be discussed at this meeting.
Please join us. Children are always welcome with the main group. Please send questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unable to attend but would like to participate please also send us an email so that we can keep you looped in.
